We are sorry if you have to file an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) request. In order to help you to get your return/refund smoothly, please read below policies carefully in advance.

1.If we send you damaged product, we accept return or exchange;
   If we send you wrong color product, we accept return or exchange; (Color may vary by monitor, so a little color difference is normal.)
   If we send you wrong size product, we accept return or exchange. (1-3cm difference is normal, we do not accept return)

*Return must be completed, unused, unwashed with original packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc) is not returnable.
*Tailor made items, Clearance products and Intimates (Swimsuits,Bustiers & Corsets,Leggings Socks & Tights, Lingerie.ect) are not returnable.
*We do not accept return just because customers do not like the item you received even it is right for everything.

2.If return or exchange problem is caused by yourself, SinoAnt.com will not accept return or exchange.
       Note: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.


How should I do if I want to return a product?

1.Request for return must be filed within 72 hours based on the date you received the package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem
description. For customer service contact, you will be directed to here for further assistance.
2.Your complaint email will be processed by SinoAnt.com RMA department within 2 working days.
3.Once we approve your RMA request,we suggest you sending back the package to us as soon as possible.
4.Also, the returned package should be shipped out within 3 business days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.
5.After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, we will deal your refund within 24 hours, but please allow a period of time for your bank to make it available. 
*If you pay this order through PayPal Account, you will receive the money at once.
*But if you pay this order through Credit Card, it will take you a little longer time in about a month.
The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.

6.Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.
*For special attention: Please send returns by DHL,EMS which are preferred.

SinoAnt.com reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

All clothing of SinoAnt.com are made to order according to pictures, maybe there will be a little different from pictures. If you are a perfectionist and have high standard for
products, please think it over carefully before ordering. We can not promise our products will be 100% like the photos, but we can promise at least 90%.
